First round of orders is due NO LATER THAN Sunday, February 15th. So get your orders in before then!
Our Gobena coffee fundraiser is up and running as well, you can see more information on that on our website at www.sullivanfam.me/gobena-coffee/ – if you are local to us (Collinsville/Meridian MS area), then please use the Local Order Form and if you are not local then use the Online Order Form which will be up soon.
One other new item running is a Super Bowl Squares game. This is for those folks who love football, having a little fun and supporting our adoption fund while getting the chance to win some cash too! - All donations up to $9,500 are MATCHED thanks to Hearts of Compassion and Lifesong for Orphans – (God Wink – $9,500 is the amount of both of our international legal fees!)
- With that said…our immediate goal is to get to $9,500 so that can be disbursed out to the adoption agency to send over!

PhillTheBox Clothing Donation Update…we’ve now had our THIRD pickup completed and already have more clothes coming in! Y’all have helped us send a total of 10 THOUSAND pounds of textiles, so far, totaling about 2100$ in funds added to our match account with Life Song. If you need to clean out a closet, or know a friend who needs a nudge to clean out/purge, then feel free to do just that and bag/box up your old clothes, shoes, hats, belts, bags and purses and get in touch with us to get them picked up or bring them to our house! In Regards to the PTB Campaign, just an FYI. We are paid .20/pound. With that said, the average bag we send them typically weighs close to 14lbs. That’s about 2.80$/bag. Some people are sending really nice things which can actually earn 10$/20$/30$ – ex: nice pair of unscuffed and almost new shoes, name brand pants/jeans, name brand jackets and hoodies, backpacks that were lightly used but could bring in 25$/30$. So, if you see something show up on marketplace and think “hey, I “donated” that… yes, you did, that’s correct…. But instead of pennies on the dollar, it was worth the time to list it and bring in 20$/25$ for it. And we thank you!

Adoption Progress Updates…
– We expect to receive our approval from immigration any day now, as long as it continues the timeline we had when we had submitted F’s immigration a couple years ago.
– Once that is in, we will then submit all paperwork and await approval and official match with the child we are working towards.

- Pray for us, pray that governments don’t delay and that paperwork goes through smoothly
- Pray for sister…we may not get the chance to video chat with her like we did with F and we can only imagine how scary this could be for her. Pray for her well-being as she awaits us. Pray that she the day she receives the news she is getting a family that she can be strong, excited, and able to prepare for such a big change!
