If you are local to us (Collinsville area and can pickup your items when they arrive at a designated pickup location) then we encourage you to use our Google Sheet form to put in your order.  After putting in your order, you will need to send in payment through our Paypal (adopt@sullivanfam.me or sullivanadopt) or our Venmo (@sullivanadopt).
